A major memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed by Busitema University and SECO Marine Uganda Ltd, in an effort to improve maritime Education. Unveiled at a formal signing ceremony, the collaborative agreement seeks to strengthen the university's ability to provide comprehensive Maritime Programs.
