Interim Guild Executive Inaugurated to steer students affairs upto the month of June

Interim Guild Executive Inaugurated

Busitema University Management has inaugurated an Interim Guild Executive, led by H.E Owera Emmanuel, to oversee the affairs of the students until June 2024. The event, which took place at the University's premises, was hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students and officiated by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Paul Waako.

The Interim Guild Executive will be responsible for representing the interests of the students and ensuring that their needs are met. This interim team will be in charge of organizing various activities and events for the students, and to ensure that the students' voices are heard in various university decision-making processes.

During the swearing-in ceremony, the Vice Chancellor addressed the students and expressed his confidence in the newly appointed Interim Guild Executive. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between the students and the administration, urging the students to work closely with the interim team in order to achieve their goals.

H.E Owera Emmanuel, the newly appointed Guild President, expressed his gratitude to the University Management and promised to work tirelessly to ensure that the students' interests are well-represented. He also pledged to work closely with the administration to ensure that the students have access to quality education and other opportunities that will help them grow and develop their skills.

The inauguration of the Interim Guild Executive marks an important milestone for the students of Busitema University. With their new leaders in place, the students can look forward to a brighter future, filled with opportunities and possibilities.
