Busitema University has released the 2025/2026 Provisional Graduation List ahead of its 17th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for 3 October 2026.

The provisional list contains 1,660 prospective graduands drawn from programmes across the University’s six faculties. It gives students expecting to graduate an opportunity to confirm that their names and academic details have been correctly captured before the final graduation list is prepared.

Prospective graduands are advised to carefully check the published list and verify the spelling and order of their names, registration details, programme of study and any other information appearing against their records.

Any student who identifies an omission, discrepancy or incorrect information should promptly contact their respective Faculty or Department and the Academic Registrar’s Office for guidance and correction.

Because the list is provisional, students are encouraged to report any concerns early enough to allow the University to address them before the final graduation list is issued.

The list includes prospective graduands from the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences, and Faculty of Science and Education.

The release forms part of the final preparations for the 17th Graduation Ceremony, as the University continues to verify candidates who have completed the academic and other requirements necessary for graduation.

Students whose names appear on the provisional list should also continue following official University communication for subsequent information concerning clearance, graduation requirements and publication of the final list.

Prospective graduands are encouraged to complete any outstanding requirements in good time and ensure that any corrections to their records are raised through the appropriate University channels.
