China's Chongqing Medical College and Busitema University perform in partnership to deliver Pharmaceutical Education.
Busitema University, Faculty of Health Sciences holds an inception meeting with the Chongqing Medical College in China to discuss collaboration on joint programmes in Pharmaceutical Production Technology and Pharmacy under the China-Africa TVET Joint Education Programme.
The meeting was coordinated by Eng. Dr. Caleb of Sun Maker Uganda and Dr. Samuel Baker Obakiro of Busitema University. The meeting was attended by Top Managers of both Institutions.
Prof. Paul Waako, The Vice Chancellor of Busitema University thanked the partners from China for accepting to partner with Busitema University as this will promote capacity building in the area of Pharmaceutical Industry that every country is attempting to develop after the COVID-19 pandemic. The parties agreed to sign an MoU to galvanize this partnership in the near future.
